How to reach us
FreshFlyer is run by a small independent team. We genuinely read everything that comes in, and we usually reply within a business day or two.
Common reasons people write to us
- Add my favorite regional chain. Tell us the chain name, your state, and a link to their weekly ad page if you can find one. We add new chains roughly every two weeks.
- A price looks wrong. Send us the URL of the deal page on FreshFlyer and a photo or link to the original ad. Our ingestion pipeline isn't perfect; if a price is wrong we want to fix it.
- I'd like to advertise. Great. Tell us a little about your product or service and what audience overlap you're looking for. We're selective about partner placements but always interested in the right fit.
- Press / partnership. Drop a line and a short pitch. We're happy to talk on background or on the record.
- I want to delete my data. If you've subscribed to the weekly digest and want all your data removed, send a quick note from the email address you subscribed with and we'll handle it within 24 hours.
The best way to reach us is by email at hello@freshflyer.example. We don't currently offer phone support; the team is small enough that email genuinely works better for everyone.

What we don't do
We are not a grocery delivery service, a coupon clipping service, or a representative of any of the retailers listed on the site. If your question is about an order placed at a specific grocery chain, you'll need to contact that chain directly — we can't access store accounts, refund grocery purchases, or look up loyalty card information.
