What's actually in the weekly digest

Every Wednesday morning at 7am local time you'll get a single short email with three sections: the five deepest discounts at the regional chains in your area, the meal plan we'd build around those deals, and one or two stock-up alerts if a pantry staple has hit its quarterly low. The whole thing is designed to be readable on a phone in 90 seconds — you don't need to leave the email to get value out of it.

We don't send daily emails, we don't send promotional emails between Wednesdays, and we don't send "we miss you" reactivation emails if you stop opening. One email, one job, every Wednesday. That's the entire program.
